सीधी भर्ती के लिए पात्रता की शर्तें सीधी भर्ती में अभ्यर्थी को निम्नलिखित शर्तें पूरी करनी होंगी-
Eligibility Conditions for Direct Recruitment: In direct recruitment, the candidate will have to fulfill the following conditions-
1. 01/01/2023 को न्यूनतम आयु 21 वर्ष पूरी कर ली हो तथा 35 वर्ष की आयु पूरी न किया गया हो।
1. Must have completed minimum age of 21 years as on 01/01/2023 and must not have completed 35 years of age.
2. यदि अभ्यर्थी OBC /ST /SC /UR अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति अन्य अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग का हो तो उच्चतर आयु सीमा अधिकतम 5 वर्ष तक का शिथिलनिय होगा।
2. If the candidate belongs to OBC / ST / SC / UR Scheduled Caste Scheduled Tribe Other Backward Classes, then the upper age limit will be relaxable up to a maximum of 5 years.
3. छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा नियम, 1997 के उपबंधो के अनुसार महिला व पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए उच्चतर आयु सीमा अधिकतम 10 वर्ष तक शिथिलनिय होना अनिवार्य हैं।

5. The upper age limit will be relaxable in respect of such candidates who are or have been employees of the Government of Chhattisgarh, subject to the limits and conditions specified below: -
1. ऐसा व्यक्ति जो स्थाई या अस्थाई शासकीय सेवक को 38 वर्ष से अधिक आयु का नहीं होना चाहिए।
1. A person who is a permanent or temporary government servant should not be more than 38 years of age.
2. ऐसा अभ्यर्थी जो अस्थाई रूप से पद धारण कर रहा हो और किसी अन्य पद के लिए आवेदन कर रहा हूं 38 वर्ष से अधिक आयु का (कम) नहीं होना चाहिए। यह रियायत कार्यभारित कर्मचारियों आकस्मिकता निधि से वेतन पाने वाले कर्मचारियों तथा परियोजना कार्यान्वयन
समितियों के कार्यरत कर्मचारियों को भी अनुज्ञ शिथिलनिय होगी या करना अनिवार्य रुप से हैं।

A person who is a retrenched government servant, to reduce the maximum period of the entire temporary service done by him in the past up to 7 years from his age, even if the period is the sum of the services done more than once. शासकीय सेवा में नियोजन हेतु अन्यथा आवेदन करने की तारीख से अधिक से अधिक 3 वर्ष पूर्व मितव्ययिता इकाई की सिफारिशों के फलस्वरूप स्थापना में सामान्य रूप से कमी किए जाने के कारण किया गया हो अथवा जैसे अतिशेष घोषित किया गया हो:-

1. ऐसे भूतपूर्व सैनिक जिन्हें समय पुरुष सेवानिवृत्ति रियायतों के अधीन नियुक्त कर दिया हो।
1, Ex-servicemen who have been appointed under retirement concessions for the time being.
2. ऐसे भूतपूर्व सैनिक जिन्हें दुबारा नामांकित किया गया हो और जिन्हे:-
क) अल्पकालीन वचनबद्ध अवधि पूर्ण हो जाने पर।
ख) नामांकन की शर्ते पूर्ण हो जाने पर सेवा मुक्त कर दिया गया हो।
2. Ex-servicemen who have been re-enrolled and who:-
a) On completion of the short term commitment period.
b) has been released from service on fulfillment of the conditions of enrolment.
3. ऐसे भूतपूर्व सैनिक जिन्हें उनकी संविदा पूरी हो जाने पर सेवा मुक्त किया गया हो (जिनमें हत्या विधि सेवा के नियमित कमीशन प्राप्त अधिकारी भी शामिल है)
4. अवकाश रिक्तियों पर 6 माह से अधिक समय तक निरंतर कार्य करने के पश्चात सेवा मुक्त किया गया भूतपूर्व सैनिक/ अधिकारी ऐसे भूतपूर्व सैनिक जिन्हें और सख्त होने के कारण सेवा से अलग कर दिया गया हो।
6. ऐसे भूतपूर्व सैनिक जिन्हें इस आधार पर सेवा मुक्त किया गया हो कि अब वह दक्ष सैनिक बनने योग्य नहीं है।
7. ऐसे भूतपूर्व सैनिक जिन्हें गोली लग जाने धावादी हो जाने के कारण चिकित्सीय आधार पर सेवा से अलग कर दिया गया हो।
8.शहीद राजीव पांडे पुरस्कार गुंडाधुर सम्मान महाराजा प्रवीर चंद्र भंजदेव सम्मान तथा राष्ट्रीय युवा पुरस्कार प्राप्त भर्तियों के संदर्भ में भी उच्चतर आयु सीमा भी 5 वर्ष तक शिथिलनिय होगी।
3. Ex-servicemen who have been released on completion of their contract (including Regular Commissioned Officers of Homicide Law Service)
4. Ex-servicemen/officers released from service after working continuously for more than 6 months on leave vacancies, such ex-servicemen who have been separated from service due to further hardening.
6. Such ex-servicemen who have been released from service on the ground that they are no longer fit to be efficient soldiers.
9. ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य निगम मंडल के कर्मचारी हैं के संबंध में उत्तर आयु सीमा 38 वर्ष की आयु तक शिथिलनिय होगी।
10. स्वयंसेवी नगर सैनिकों एवं नगर सेना के नान कमीशन अधिकारियों के संबंध में उनके द्वारा पूर्व में इस प्रकार की गई नगर सेना सेवा कि कल अवधि के लिए उच्च स्तर आयु सीमा में 8 वर्ष की सीमा के अधीन रहते हुए छूट दी जाएगी किंतु किसी भी दशा में उनकी आयु 38 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

10. In respect of voluntary Nagar Sainiks and non-commissioned officers of Nagar Sena, relaxation will be given in upper level age limit for the total period of Nagar Sena service rendered by them in the past subject to the limit of 8 years but in any case In Dasha, their age should not be more than 38 years.
11. सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के परिपत्र क्रमांक एफ 1-2/2002/1/3 दिनांक 02 जून 2004 एवं क्रमांक एफ 1-2/2002/1/3दिनांक 10 फरवरी 2006 के अनुसार शिक्षाकर्मियों /पंचायत कर्मियों को शासकीय सेवा में भर्ती के लिए उतने वर्ष की छूट दी जाएगी जितने वर्ष शिक्षाकर्मी या पंचायत कर्मी के रूप सेवा की है इसके लिए 6 माह से अधिक सेवा को 1 वर्ष की सेवा माननीय की जा सकेगी।
11.
