According to the approval in the ROP year 2022-24, under the National Health Mission / District Health Committee District- Gaurela Pendra Marwahi Chhattisgarh, application form from interested / qualified eligible candidates for the following vacant posts, Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District- Gaurela - Pendra - Marwahi (Chhattisgarh) in the name of District Cooperative Bank Pendra is invited through Registered Dock / Speed Post on 31.05.2023 by 05:30 PM. 8. अनुभव संबंधी नियम / शर्ते :-
1. अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र केवल शासकीय, अर्द्धशासकीय एवं शासकीय वित्त पोषित संस्थाओं के ही मान्य होंगे। आवेदित पद से संबंधित कार्य अनुभव हेतु प्रतिवर्ष के मान से 02 अंक तथा राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन अंतर्गत कार्यरत अधिकारी / कर्मचारी को पद से संबंधित कार्यानुभव हेतु प्रतिवर्ष के मान से 03 अंक, अधिकतम 05 वर्ष के लिए ही प्रदान किया जायेगा। राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के कार्यानुभव का अंक तभी प्रदान किया जायेगा, जब अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन अंतर्गत कार्य करने का स्पष्ट उल्लेख करता हो ।
8. Experience Terms / Conditions :-
1. Experience certificates will be valid only for Government, Semi-Government and Government funded institutions. For the work experience related to the applied post, 02 marks per year will be given and the officer/employee working under the National Health Mission will be given 03 marks per year for the work experience related to the post, for a maximum of 05 years only. Work experience score of National Health Mission will be given only then,
2. ए.एन.एम. / जी.एन.एम. / नर्सिंग प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त मितानिनों को राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन छ0ग0 के संविदा पदों में भर्ती हेतु मितानीन के रूप में कार्यानुभव हेतु प्रतिवर्ष के मान से 04 अंक, अधिकतम 05 वर्ष हेतु प्रदान किया जायेगा। राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन छ०ग० के संविदा ए.एन.एम. पदों के लिए उपरोक्त प्रावधान 31 दिसम्बर 2017 तक ए.एन.एम. पाठ्यक्रम में उत्तीर्ण हो चुकी मितानिनों के लिए ही लागू होगा। राज्य स्वास्थ्य संसाधन केन्द्र, रायपुर द्वारा जारी अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र ही मान्य होगा।

3. अभियार्थी के अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र में से किसी भी प्रकार की ओवरराइटिंग / त्रुटीपूर्ण होने की स्थिति में अमान्य कर दिया जायेगा हो। 8.4. अनुभव आवेदित पद अनुसार संबंधित क्षेत्र / समान कार्य प्रकृति का होना चाहिये।
3. In case of any kind of overwriting / error in the experience certificate of the candidate, it will be invalid. 8.4. Experience should be of related field / similar work nature according to the post applied for.
9. प्रतिक्षा सूची:-
1. विज्ञापित पदों के लिए प्रतिक्षा सूची भी जारी की जावेगी, जिसकी वैधता सूची प्रकाशन तिथि से न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष या अगली नवीन भर्ती के विज्ञापन जारी होने (जो पहले हो) तक होगी।
7 प्रतिक्षा सूची हेतु कुल विज्ञापित पदों के 25 पदों तक 200 प्रतिशत, 26 से 50 पदों हेतु 150 प्रतिशत एवं 50 से अधिक पदों हेतु 100 प्रतिशत अभ्यर्थियों को प्रतिक्षा सूची में रखा जायेगा, ताकि भविष्य में रिक्त होने वाले पद तत्काल भरे जा सकें।
9. Waiting List:-
1. A waiting list will also be issued for the advertised posts, the validity of which will be for at least one year from the date of publication or till the issue of the next new recruitment advertisement (whichever is earlier).
7 For the waiting list, 200 percent of the total advertised posts up to 25 posts, 150 percent for 26 to 50 posts and 100 percent candidates for more than 50 posts will be kept in the waiting list, so that the vacant posts in future can be filled immediately.

10. दस्तोवज सत्यापन :-
1.अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा आवेदन में दिये गये समस्त प्रविष्टियां मूल दस्तावेज अनुसार सही होना चाहिये। अंतिम चयन के पूर्व या पश्चात दस्तावेज जाँच में पाया जाता है कि आवेदन में अंकित जानकारी त्रुटिपूर्ण या अधूरी है, तो उन्हें अंतिम चयन सूची में सम्मिलित नहीं किया जायेगा, चयन के पूर्व / पश्चात् किसी भी समय किसी भी पक्ष की ओर से जानकारी त्रुटिपूर्ण पाये जाने पर अभियार्थी का चयन निरस्त किया जा सक्ता है इस संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय नियुक्तिकर्ता का होगा।
10. Document Verification :-
1. All the entries given by the candidates in the application should be correct as per the original documents. Before or after the final selection, it is found in the document check that the information mentioned in the application is wrong or incomplete, then they will not be included in the final selection list, at any time before / after the selection, the information from any side is found to be wrong. The selection of the candidate can be cancelled, the final decision in this regard will be of the recruiter.

अन्य नियम एवं शर्तें:-
1.संविदा कर्मचारी द्वारा नियुक्ति आदेश प्राप्त होने के पश्चात् नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी के साथ राशि रू. 50/- के गैर न्यायिक बंध पर अनुबंध निष्पादित किया जाना होगा। अनुबंध के निष्पादन पर होने वाला व्यय चयनित अभ्यर्थी द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा।
2.नियोक्ता के साथ करार पत्र (संविदा पत्र) निष्पादन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
Other terms and conditions:-
1. After receiving the appointment order by the contract employee, the amount of Rs. The agreement has to be executed on a non-judicial bond of Rs.50/-. The expenditure on the execution of the contract will be borne by the selected candidate.
2. It will be mandatory to execute the agreement letter (contract letter) with the employer.
3.विज्ञापन तिथि तक समस्त शैक्षणिक एवं अन्य अर्हताएं पूर्ण होना अनिवार्य है अन्यथा आवेदन पत्र तत्काल अस्वीकृत कर अपात्र की श्रेणी में रखा जावेगा तथा इस संबंध में कोई पत्र व्यवहार मान्य नहीं किया जायेगा।
4.दावा आपत्ति आवेदन हेतु दावा आपत्ति मंगाये जाने के समय निर्धारित प्रारूप जारी किया जावेगा। उक्त निर्धारित प्रारूप में ही दावा आपत्ति स्वीकार किये जायेंगे। दावा आपत्ति हेतु निर्धारित तिथि के बाद किसी प्रकार का आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जावेगा। दावा आपत्ति में नवीन दस्तावेज स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेगें मूल आवेदन के साथ संलग्न दस्तावेजों के आधार पर दावा आपत्ति निराकरण की कार्यवाही की जावेगी। विज्ञापन व भर्ती प्रक्रिया के समय तथ्यात्मक / लिपिकीय / रिक्तियों / टंकन आदि संबंधित त्रुटी सुधार किया जा सकेगा, जिसकी सूचना विधिवत प्रकाशित किया जावेगा।

5.नियुक्ति आदेशानुसार पदस्थापना स्थल में उपस्थिति देना अनिवार्य होगा निर्धारित समय व पदस्थापना स्थल में अपनी उपस्थिति नहीं देने की स्थिति में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति स्वतः निरस्त हो जावेगी।भर्ती की प्रक्रिया के दौरान होने वाली किसी भी विवाद एवं समस्या पर अंतिम निर्णय लेने का अधिकार जिला स्तरीय चयन समिति को होगा।
5.
