कार्यालय जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, बलरामपुर, स्थान रामानुजगंज (छत्तीसगढ़) में अच्छे भारतीय नागरिकों से आकस्मिक निधि (कलेक्टर दर) पर वेतन पाने वाले श्रमिकों (वाटरमैन, चौकीदार, स्वीपर) के रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती के लिए संचालन किया जा रहा है। प्रारूप दिन- बुधवार से सायं 0500 बजे तक आमंत्रित हैं

आयु सीमा एवं अन्य पात्रता शर्तें
(ए) कोई भी उम्मीदवार जिसने विवाह के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम आयु से पहले शादी की हो, नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।

Age limit and other eligibility conditions
a) No seeker who has married before the minimal age specified for marriage shall be eligible for appointment.

Keeping in view the interest of the educated jobless of the state of Chhattisgarh, according to the instructions given by the state government, the original residers of the state of Chhattisgarh will be given a relaxation of 05 times in the maximum age limit of 35 times, that is, there will be a relaxation of 40 times of age limit.
iii) The aspirant must be of good character and sound mind and body and free from infirmity of mind and body which would render him unfit for the post applied for.
iv) The aspirant shouldn't have further than one living partner.

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के शिक्षित बेरोजगारों के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य शासन द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशानुसार छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के मूल निवासियों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा 35 गुना में 05 गुना की छूट दी जाएगी। यानी आयु सीमा में 40 गुना की छूट मिलेगी.
iii) उम्मीदवार को अच्छे चरित्र और स्वस्थ दिमाग और शरीर का होना चाहिए और दिमाग और शरीर की उस दुर्बलता से मुक्त होना चाहिए जो उसे आवेदित पद के लिए अयोग्य बना देगा।
iv) आकांक्षी के पास एक से अधिक जीवित साथी नहीं होना चाहिए।

(4) ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट-
नैतिक अधमता से जुड़े अपराध के लिए
निम्नलिखित आदेशों के प्रचारकों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में निम्नानुसार छूट होगी- 4( एक)( 1)- यदि साधक छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा घोषित सूचीबद्ध संपत्ति या वंश का है, तो भी अधिकतम 05 गुना की छूट दी जायेगी। आयु सीमा.
4( एक)( 2)- यदि साधक छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा घोषित अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग का है तो भी अप्रत्यक्ष नं. सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के एफ-7-25-93/1 ए.पी. दिनांक 20.01.1994 के अंतर्गत आयु सीमा में अधिकतम 05 गुना की छूट दी जायेगी।
( 4) Relaxation in upper age limit-
For an offense involving Moral Turpitude
campaigners of the following orders will have relaxation in the maximum age limit as follows- 4( one)( 1)- If the seeker belongs to listed estate or lineage declared by the Government of Chhattisgarh, also relaxation of maximum 05 times will be given in the age limit.
4( one)( 2)- If the seeker belongs to other backward classes declared by the Government of Chhattisgarh, also indirect no. F-7-25-93/ 1 of the General Administration DepartmentA.P. Under the date20.01.1994, maximum relaxation of 05 times will be given in the age limit.
